Diabetic’s Journey: How Type 2 Diabetes Can Be Reversed and Cured

Can Type 2 Diabetes Be Reversed?

According to Ernest Quansah and Prof. S.M. RAJENDRAN. M.D., FRCP(GLAS), D.Sc. it’s possible to reverse diabetes – type 2 diabetes, that is. The following is a review by Dr. Rajendran of Ernest Quansah’s book, Diabetic’s Journey: How Type 2 Diabetes Can Be Reversed and Cured.

It gives me great pleasure to endorse Diabetic’s Journey: How Type 2 Diabetes Can Be Reversed and Cured, written by Ernest Quansah. As a professor who specializes in this field, I was delighted to read this compelling autobiographical account of a determined individual who successfully self-cured his diabetes. The number of cases of diabetes mellitus has been increasing at an alarming rate across the globe and this unique and informative book is greatly needed.

Soon, every household will have a member suffering from type 2 diabetes. Diabetic’s Journey will bring about greater awareness of the condition and bring to light the fact that sufferers can reverse it through natural, non-medical means.

As a senior diabetologist with more than 36 years of experience, I am really impressed with how the author shares his knowledge with others in a practical and lucid way. People will easily relate to his journey since it is written with great sincerity by a former sufferer of the condition.

Regarding the million-dollar question of whether type 2 diabetes can be cured or reversed, my answer is yes. As an experienced diabetologist, I acknowledge that diabetes can be cured. If the people are made aware of the causes of diabetes, and if they remove those causes, then diabetes can be reversed.

The author rightly points out that type 2 diabetes is mainly caused by lack of awareness of what one should and should not eat, plus a lack of exercise. He also rightly points out that one should never allow the diabetes to rule the body; rather, one must rule the diabetes. Definitely DIET AND EXERCISE will keep away diabetes, and as in Ernest’s case, bring about a cure. Ernest explains these facts with clear reason and proof.

I have immense appreciation for this wonderful, inspiring book, which will benefit type 2 diabetics and those wanting to learn about the condition. His main message—to modify lifestyle rather than depend on drugs— will certainly have a great impact.

I thank Ernest for his great contribution to society.
